• Welcoming guests upon their arrival during the night shift

• Checking in guests and providing them with necessary information

• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

• Processing guest check-outs and payments

• Ensuring the safety and security of the premises during the night

• Assisting with any administrative tasks as needed
