Demo Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting engaging and informative product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the key functionalities and benefits of our HR, ATS, and Performance Management Software.

• Understanding the unique requirements of each client and tailoring the demo presentations to address their specific needs and challenges.

• Collaborating closely with the sales team to support the sales process and contribute to the overall success of the business.

• Gathering feedback from clients during and after the demos to continuously improve the quality of presentations and better meet customer expectations.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates of our software products to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in conducting product demonstrations

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong understanding of technical products and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner

• Ability to travel within the Netherlands for client visits and events

• Experience in providing training and support to clients

• Proficiency in Dutch and English languages

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
